This Privacy Policy describes how Smarteez, operated by Smarteez India Private Limited (the “Site”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit, use our services, or make a purchase from smarteez.in (the “Site”) or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the “Services”). Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made thereunder, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any complaints or concerns regarding the processing of your personal information or your use of the Services. The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receipt and will endeavour to redress it within 1 (one) month from the date of receipt.

Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of our service providers and partners (including Shopify, our payment processors, and our communication and advertising partners) may store or process your personal information on servers located outside India. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
