Refund policy

We have a 3-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, use the "Return/Exchange" website menu to place the return/exchange request. Upon approval of the request based on eligibility and certain additional internal criteria, you will get a mail notification, provided you have given your mail ID at the time of placing the order.

Our logistics partner will then pick up the item from the original delivery address. We will send you the refund or exchanged item, as per your request, once we receive the item at at our warehouse and find it in appropriate condition as mentioned above.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Maximum one time return for a single order is accepted. Please get in touch with our customer support team at care@smarteez.in or call our customer support number if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Once the 'Exchange Request' is approved, your current item will be picked up by our logistics partner. We will inspect the items once those reach our warehouse and will send you the requested exchange items. Typically, the exchanged items gets / delivered to the customers within 5 to 20 days.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund of Partial Payment:

Any partial payment  (Partial COD) or advance payment made at the time of placing the order is treated as a guarantee from the customer to receive the order when it arrives as well as pay the entire balance amount to the courier person. Failure to do so by the customer will result in forfeiture of such partial / advance money paid. No refund of such advance / partial payment will be made.

However, if the product is received damaged (with adequate video evidence of unboxing) and returned in the unworn condition in its original packaging, then such money with be refunded.
