Shipping Coverage

Smarteez (operated by Smarteez India Private Limited) currently ships only within the territory of India. We do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with a delivery address outside India will not be accepted or fulfilled.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Our products are made-to-order and printed on demand. Once your order is confirmed, it typically enters production and is dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. You will receive an order confirmation by email/SMS/WhatsApp at the contact details provided at checkout, and a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 4 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the serviceability of your delivery pin-code by our courier partners. Metro and Tier-1 cities are generally delivered faster than remote or non-serviceable regions. These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden shipping charges; the total amount payable, inclusive of all applicable taxes, is shown to you at checkout before you confirm and pay for your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking ID/link via email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track the status of your shipment. If you do not receive tracking details within 2 to 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at care@smarteez.in.

Delays, Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer, unavailability of the recipient, force majeure events, regional restrictions, or natural calamities. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping may be subject to additional charges.

Risk and Title

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping address provided by you at the time of placing the order.
